Tasks
- Planning and organizing training projects, e.g., with a focus on digitalization
- Coordinating student interns and assisting with onboarding
- Implementing marketing measures and organizing events
- Collaborating with internal and external interfaces, e.g., schools
- Providingadministrative support to the training management team
- Planning and coordinating training courses for trainees and dual students
- Collaborating on and managing sub-projects as part of continuous improvement
- Designing and implementing cross-location concepts and processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a human resources specialist with many years of experience
- ALTERNATIVE: Completed bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, economics, or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
- Ideally, experience in trade fairs, events, or HR
- Experience in quality management and corporate structures is an advantage
- Affinity for IT and digitalization
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
