Tasks

  • Planning, procurement, commissioning and modification of production equipment and machinery, with a focus on paint systems and surface coating technologies
  • Further development of existing systems to increase efficiency
  • Automation of technical processes to ensure optimal capacity utilization
  • Participation in national and international projects for the equipment of production facilities
  • Consulting internal clients regarding machinery, equipment and tooling
  • Consideration of safety and environmental standards in equipment planning

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or production engineering
  • Initial professional experience in handling production equipment or technical building services (TGA) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations (e.g. Machinery Directive, Federal Immission Control Act, Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control, Industrial Safety Regulation) is required
  • Good general IT skills
  • Very good German skills (at least B2) and good English skills (at least B1)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting, as well as strong team orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
