Tasks
- Responsibility for achieving objectives in terms of time, scope, costs and quality
- Establishing and managing project organisations in a matrix structure
- Active risk management and exploitation of potential opportunities
- Management of external partners and suppliers
- Ensuring lessons learned and experience are integrated into the project
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Completed technical or aviation-related degree (e.g. aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or project management)
- Many years of professional experience in project management, engineering and aerospace
- In-depth experience in risk management and stakeholder management
- Ideally, experience with agile methods such as Scrum
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel on business trips to other European countries, especially the UK
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
