Tasks

  • Development and modification of cabin interior components in accordance with EASA 21J specifications
  • Creation and review of manufacturing documentation, installation documents, and certification records
  • Support during component manufacturing and installation
  • Project responsibility, including analysis of opportunities and risks
  • Development of design solutions with a focus on time, cost, and quality
  • Definition and development of test setups

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering (focus on design) or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in the development and integration of aircraft cabin components (e.g., lavatories, galleys, furniture, etc.)
  • Experience in the preparation of verification documents in accordance with EASA 21J
  • Good knowledge of aviation law
  • Very good IT and CAD skills
  • Business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Experience with signatory authorizations within a design organization desirable
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
