Tasks
- Partial program management for an Airbus work package (delivery of Single Aisle cabin components)
- Monitoring of on-time component production and delivery performance
- Independent management and implementation of improvement projects
- Communication with the customer regarding delivery schedules and quality issues
- Coordination of internal processes to ensure seamless information flow
- Interface management between engineering, production and logistics
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry and in project management, as well as several years of experience in project leadership
- In-depth knowledge of change management and total quality management
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, combined with a high level of willingness to learn and resilience
- Strong team and communication skills, proactive mindset and ability to integrate into existing structures
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
