Tasks
- Project management & control of construction projects during ongoing operations
- Establishment and promotion of project-related teams and structures
- Coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Cost and performance monitoring, including invoice verification
- Preparation of decision papers and evaluation of project variants
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and budget
- Documentation and milestone control for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering, or comparable field
- Alternatively: Completed vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/master craftsman with several years of experience in project management
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of construction management, civil engineering, project management, engineering and quality management
- Knowledge of schedule and cost management
- Experience in stakeholder management and with partners and subcontractors
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
