Tasks

  • Project management & control of construction projects during ongoing operations
  • Establishment and promotion of project-related teams and structures
  • Coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Cost and performance monitoring, including invoice verification
  • Preparation of decision papers and evaluation of project variants
  • Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and budget
  • Documentation and milestone control for reporting purposes

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering, or comparable field
  • Alternatively: Completed vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/master craftsman with several years of experience in project management
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of construction management, civil engineering, project management, engineering and quality management
  • Knowledge of schedule and cost management
  • Experience in stakeholder management and with partners and subcontractors
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
