Tasks

• Management and support of projects with a focus on sustainability and customer line infrastructure
• Responsibility for CapEx processes including planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Introduction of efficient project management methods and ensuring that targets are met (time, costs, quality)
• Building and maintaining a robust end-to-end project portfolio
• Implementing risk and opportunity management for early identification of potential hurdles
• Managing business cases for investment decisions and sustainable corporate development
• Optimizing customer services and supporting digital transformation
• Reportingand supporting the presentation of customer satisfaction
  

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, international management or similar
• Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and contract management
• In-depth knowledge of change management, lean management and risk management
• Knowledge of agile methods desirable
• Confident use of Google Workspace, Skywise experience an advantage
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
• Resume in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
