We are currently looking for a Project Manager Lean Management for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. The successful candidate will use their analytical thinking, process understanding, and methodological strengths to drive the further development of the Airbus Operating System. If you have experience in the production environment and not only know lean methods but also want to actively apply and teach them, you can expect a role with plenty of creative freedom. Tasks

  • Optimization, analysis, and evaluation of processes in various production areas
  • Further development of lean management methods in collaboration with production management
  • Training of employees in lean tools and approaches
  • Creation and maintenance of training materials
  • Planning, management, and follow-up of workshops
  • Assumption of sub-project responsibility in a lean context

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and production environments
  • In-depth knowledge of change management and basic knowledge of KAIZEN and lean management
  • Experience in Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
