Tasks
- Project planning and control, including time management and work breakdown structure planning
- Analysis of time, resource, cost and quality data for project evaluation
- Risk and opportunity management to ensure strategic project security
- Tracking of project milestones and execution of phase reviews
- Change management and configuration control related to contractual data
- Implementation of project management processes and tools to increase efficiency
- Regular coordination with stakeholders and reporting on project progress
- Willingness to travel to Toulouse for coordination with the international team (1–2 times per quarter)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning and control, project management, supplier management and quality management
- Experience in the aerospace sector (ideally at Airbus) and in manufacturing engineering is desirable
- Confident in applying agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe) and basic knowledge of change management
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa accepted)
