Tasks

  • Project planning and control, including time management and work breakdown structure planning
  • Analysis of time, resource, cost and quality data for project evaluation
  • Risk and opportunity management to ensure strategic project security
  • Tracking of project milestones and execution of phase reviews
  • Change management and configuration control related to contractual data
  • Implementation of project management processes and tools to increase efficiency
  • Regular coordination with stakeholders and reporting on project progress
  • Willingness to travel to Toulouse for coordination with the international team (1–2 times per quarter)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning and control, project management, supplier management and quality management
  • Experience in the aerospace sector (ideally at Airbus) and in manufacturing engineering is desirable
  • Confident in applying agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe) and basic knowledge of change management
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa accepted)
