Tasks
- Development and maintenance of PM methods and tools, specifically for the Target Systems & Services division
- Supporting project managers in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of all project phases
- Analysis and evaluation of project data (schedules, budgets, resources) and preparation for management reports
- Administration of the project portfolio system to ensure data quality and transparency
- Creation and presentation of dashboards, reports, and reviews for stakeholders and management
- Central contact person for project-related questions within the department
- Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency and quality
- Collaboration on training and awareness measures in the area of project management
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, economics, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a project management office, ideally in a complex engineering or defense environment
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and confident use of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA)
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
