You coordinate, check and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from First Article Inspection (FAI) to close cooperation with engineering teams. Tasks
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - Implementation of APQP elements such as Control Plan, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (P-FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Project Management - Representation of the entire quality area within projects and planning of quality activities
- First Article Inspection (FAI) - Planning, coordination and execution of tasks within the scope of First Article Inspection (e.g. kick-off, action follow-up) Inspection Planning - Planning, coordination and tracking of inspection planning tasks, creation of complex inspection instruction documents e.g. kick-off, action follow-up)
- Inspection Planning - Planning, coordination and follow-up of inspection planning tasks, creation of complex inspection instruction documents
- Interface Engineering - Link between Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
- Multi-Functional Team (MFT) - Participation in MFT rounds and representation of quality concerns
Qualifications
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - Implementation of APQP-
- Completed studies in engineering, technical field, composite materials / composites or quality management
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing / production in the field of plastics and rubber technology as well as in quality management (preferably in First Article Inspection)
- Experience in handling composite materials
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, preferably also with G-Suite
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU mandatory
