For our client Airbus Operations GmbH located in Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Technical Projects to join the Cross Program Operations Team within the Services division, starting on February 2, 2026. In this role, you will act as a key interface between engineering, controlling, and external partners, taking full responsibility for the operational coordination of complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Do you have a strong track record in technical project management, a solid understanding of resource planning, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments?

Tasks
- Operational interface function between the engineering team and external partners
- Management of commissioning, deliverables, and coordination with service providers
- Analysis of technical workload data and support in the implementation of scalable resource models
- Project management across the entire lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality targets
- Budget responsibility and cost control at project level
- Risk management and resolution of technical bottlenecks in operational workflows
- Optimization of project methodologies and reporting processes to enhance operational agility
- Regular reportingon project status, technical challenges, and resource needs
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Industrial Engineering, or Economics (at least Bachelor level)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of project management, project leadership, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination
- Solid knowledge of project management methods, tools, and risk management
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Familiarity with agile methods (SCRUM) and certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA are an advantage
- German and English at negotiation level (at least C1)
- CV must be submitted in English
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa accepted)
