For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a Project Planner / Project Controller in the PM Office Operations Germany department at their Hamburg Finkenwerder location. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and reporting on complex projects—with the goal of balancing quality, time, and resources. Tasks
- Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for effective project tracking
- Creation and maintenance of project and program schedules, including structural planning
- Implementation of risk and opportunity management as well as regular monitoring
- Monitoring and controlling project performance, including milestone tracking and reporting
- Configuration control and change management with regard to contract content
- Implementation and further development of PM processes and tools in the area of operations
- Preparation of phase reviews and project status reports for various stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or similar
- Several years of professional experience in project management and supplier management
- Initial experience in work preparation, aerospace, and manufacturing/production
- Airbus experience and knowledge of development processes are an advantage
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering is desirable
- In-depth user knowledge of SAP and, ideally, experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
