As a Project and Quality Manager , you will support Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen in further developing quality processes across multiple programmes. Tasks
- Leadership and coordination of complex quality topics and continuous improvement projects
- Definition and implementation of action standards for process optimization
- Identification and facilitation of improvement potentials in production and quality processes
- Execution of operational surveillance to ensure process control and safety
- Ensuring repeatability and compliance with standards throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces to enhance process reliability
Qualifications
- Degree as a certified technician or business administrator in project management, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and quality management
- In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Lean Management and Total Quality Management
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
