An exciting role in the field of airframe services awaits you in Hamburg Finkenwerder: as a Proposal Manager, you will take on commercial responsibility for international customer proposals at our client Airbus Operations GmbH – from cost analysis to proposal validation. Tasks
- Development and evaluation of commercial offers based on technical and financial data
- Collaboration with sales, business lines, and contract departments in the bidding process
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses for pricing
- Evaluation of financial risks and key performance indicators
- Ensuring the validation of offers by internal committees
- Representing the voice of the customer in the internal decision-making process
- Supporting the strategic alignment of marketing plans
- Use of SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace in offer management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in finance, customer service, and project management
- Initial experience in sales and a sound understanding of economic relationships
- Knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, and ideally Salesforce
- Business fluent in English (at least C1), knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide (1–2 times per year)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
