Become part of our client, Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, as Quality Conformance Manager. The gross annual salary is approx. 87,400 € to max. 90,500 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Definition, standardization and harmonization of qualification profiles and quality processes
  • Creating process descriptions and ensuring compliance with Airbus standards
  • Developing and maintaining learning paths and conducting training courses
  • Administration of new applications and renewals of Quality Authorizations (QAs) for quality delegated employees and suppliers
  • Support with internal training, info sessions, reporting and audits
  • Supporting the relevant business management system processes in the area of quality
  • Increasing process performance and ensuring compliance with product standards and process repeatability
  • Creating and coordinating process monitoring and feedback rounds with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, aircraft construction, industrial engineering or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in process planning, process improvement, quality management, quality assurance, engineering, aircraft construction and manufacturing engineering
  • Sound knowledge of process management, ideally with knowledge of DFMEA and the EN 9100 and ISO 9001 standards (mandatory)
  • Know-how of Airbus quality standards is an advantage
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and MS Office (especially MS Excel), expertise with Skywise an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, at least C1 level
  • An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
