Tasks
- Processing quality incidents, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective measures
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes using LEAN principles
- Responsibility for the implementation and sustainability of defined measures
- Collaboration with related departments and continuous process improvement
- Conducting internal quality assessments, documentation, and follow-up
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training followed by further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance desirable
- Experience in project work or project management an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
- Willingness to work flexitime/early shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
