Tasks

  • Ensuring product conformity in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements throughout the entire life cycle
  • Monitoring and evaluating production processes, including initiating improvement measures
  • Managing and analyzing process deviations (e.g., non-conformities), including root cause analysis and corrective measures
  • Inspecting and testing products and components, including documentation and test report approval
  • Establishing and maintaining quality controls, in particular for process validation and foreign object prevention
  • Collaborating on IT solutions for the digital support of quality-related processes
  • Interface communication with adjacent departments to ensure consistent quality standards

Qualifications

  • Completed training in a metalworking profession (e.g., precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic) with a master craftsman's certificate or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, production planning, materials testing, or configuration management
  • Basic knowledge of total quality management and problem-solving methods
  • Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace (at least at the detailed function level)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
