Tasks

  • Acceptance of individual parts and final painting of civil and military components and helicopters
  • Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations in painting
  • Preparation of delivery documentation and performance of initial sample inspections
  • Writing non-conformance reports (NCs) and initiating/monitoring corrective measures
  • Assignments in final assembly (final assembly line) for quality assurance
  • Monitoring of production inspectors and internal quality gates
  • Ensuring conformity before handover to the customer and coordinating troubleshooting measures
  • Troubleshooting on systems and devices to ensure airworthiness

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training with further training as a master craftsman, e.g., as a surface coater, painter or varnisher
  • Experience in aviation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of quality assurance is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
