Tasks

  • Execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Control Plan
  • Inspection planning and creation of complex test instructions, including selection and validation of measurement methods and equipment
  • Programming of measurement systems such as Zeiss-CALYPSO, Polyworks, GOM and Tolaris Optic
  • Analysis and evaluation of measurement results using statistical methods, as well as initiating root cause analyses (MFT)
  • Coordination with engineering departments to ensure smooth processes between manufacturing and design
  • Optimization of existing inspection procedures and definition of boundary conditions for measurement tasks
  • Management and maintenance of measurement databases for continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator, with further qualification as a technician or business administrator
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production, industrial mechanics, and metrology
  • Advanced user skills in MS Office, in-depth knowledge of SAP, and experience with Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
