Tasks
- Handling quality incidents, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective measures
- Applying LEAN principles for sustainable process improvement
- Process analyses and optimization recommendations within quality assurance
- Responsibility for the implementation and sustainability of the measures introduced
- Participation in projects for continuous quality improvement
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality standards
- Documentation and communication of results and measures
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or electronics technician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Ideally, experience in project management or project work
- Very good knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2 in each)
- Willingness to work in a flexitime/early shift model
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
