Tasks

  • Handling quality incidents, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective measures
  • Applying LEAN principles for sustainable process improvement
  • Process analyses and optimization recommendations within quality assurance
  • Responsibility for the implementation and sustainability of the measures introduced
  • Participation in projects for continuous quality improvement
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality standards
  • Documentation and communication of results and measures

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or electronics technician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman
  • Ideally, experience in project management or project work
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2 in each)
  • Willingness to work in a flexitime/early shift model
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
