We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager Logistics Aviation for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. Tasks

  • Management and implementation of logistics projects and operational engineering initiatives in warehouse logistics
  • Transformation of the warehouse management system into a harmonized Airbus standard process
  • Process optimization for inbound and outbound flows along the entire value chain up to the assembly point
  • Definition, development, and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts in warehouse management
  • Functional management of cross-functional project teams in matrix organizations
  • Coordination and independent management of the “Rate Readiness” mission with a focus on large warehouses and warehouse processes
  • Ensuring project goals in terms of time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, supply chain quality, international management or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in IT, project management, supplier management and supply chain/logistics
  • Very good knowledge of process management, lean management, and change management as well as basic knowledge of KAIZEN
  • Experience with digitalization topics and Palantir desirable
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Resume in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
