We are currently looking for a motivated Supply Chain Specialist Aviation Industry for our customer KID Systeme GmbH at their location in Buxtehude. In this position, you will ensure the reliable management of customer orders – from order receipt to delivery. You will be the central interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, keeping a close eye on delivery dates, KPIs, and material flows. Tasks
- Processing and coordinating customer orders in accordance with defined deadlines and quality specifications
- Proactive communication with customers regarding the progress of ongoing orders
- Monitoring and reporting customer-specific KPIs
- Interface management between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Daily monitoring of the supply chain and control of material flows
- Close cooperation with internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, supply chain/logistics, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and supply chain/logistics, as well as initial experience in the aerospace industry
- Basic knowledge of export control is essential, and background knowledge of taxation is an advantage
- Experience in the use of programming languages is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office and experience with Google Workspace desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
