Tasks
- Coordination and processing of travel arrangements and expense reports for the business unit management and team
- Scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Acting as the main telephone contact and first point of contact for internal inquiries
- Welcoming and assisting visitors on-site
- Administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document handling
- Support in preparing presentations for project and team meetings
- Assistance to the department management with organizational and administrative matters
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as office communication clerk or office management assistant, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in administrative assistance or office organization is an advantage
- Experience in project coordination required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and good user skills in SAP
- Fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
