Tasks

  • Coordination and processing of travel arrangements and expense reports for the business unit management and team
  • Scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Acting as the main telephone contact and first point of contact for internal inquiries
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors on-site
  • Administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document handling
  • Support in preparing presentations for project and team meetings
  • Assistance to the department management with organizational and administrative matters

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as office communication clerk or office management assistant, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in administrative assistance or office organization is an advantage
  • Experience in project coordination required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and good user skills in SAP
  • Fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
