Tasks
- Negotiation of product-specific modifications within the scope of customer projects, taking into account commercial and schedule requirements
- Management of procurement processes, including quotation handling and contract negotiations
- Monitoring of contract execution throughout the entire lifecycle – from development to support
- Ensuring supplier performance in terms of quality, logistics, support and cost
- Maintaining supplier relationships while actively minimizing risks and optimizing costs
- Active participation in cross-functional teams (MFT/MDT) during tender and contract phases
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or International Management
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain/logistics and contract management
- Initial hands-on experience with SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Experience at Airbus is a plus
- Fluent English skills (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally (1–4 times per year)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
