At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a central role in the interface between engineering and production as a Technical Process Manager Manufacturing. With an analytical eye, technical understanding, and a structured working style, you will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly – right on the construction site. Tasks

  • Resolving technical problems in ongoing production, especially in the case of non-conformities
  • Creating and approving work orders for processing technical deviations
  • Communication and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Searching IT systems for drawings, references, components, tools, and documentation
  • Documenting and commissioning remaining work on construction sites or aircraft sections
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase production output
  • Ensuring that targets are met in your own area through a structured approach to work and technical expertise

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics engineer with further training as a technician or specialist
  • Alternatively: Completed technical or engineering degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, scheduling and line side support
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work 2 shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
