Tasks
- Conducting data analyses, process observations, workflow studies, and target-actual comparisons
- Creating and maintaining time management data
- Designing and optimizing processes, e.g., workplace design, material flow, and ergonomics
- Preparing practical calculation documents according to MTM-UAS (Universal Analysis System) for bonus payments
- Monitoring and coordinating process data with clients and the works council
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic or aircraft engineer with further training as a technician/business administrator
- Alternatively: Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, structural mechanics (metal), as a technical clerk, and initial experience in process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of job evaluation (REFA, MTM-UAS) and lean methods
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP R/3, TiCon, and MS Excel, as well as proficiency with Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and REFA knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
