Tasks
- Ensuring that project objectives (time, cost, quality, scope) are met in accordance with internal and external requirements and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Establishing and leading interdisciplinary project teams in matrix organizations across all project phases
- Technical coordination in the field of electrical engineering and I&C for assigned projects
- Coordination of external specialist planners, service providers and project staff
- Participation in investment applications in collaboration with purchasing, controlling and internal customers
- Preparation of draft, approval and implementation plans as well as service specifications
- Conducting planning and construction meetings, commissioning, acceptance and handovers
- Preparation of decision documents for project approval and implementation
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering, measurement engineering, project management in construction, environmental engineering, supply engineering or a comparable technical degree program
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, measurement technology, project management or in regulation and control technology
- Knowledge of facility management, particularly in the area of HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) is essential
- Basic knowledge of risk management
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
