Tasks

  • Development of a harmonized technical roadmap for aircraft assembly in close coordination with production plants and FALs
  • Support and management of industrial research and development projects
  • Provision of technological input for multifunctional teams, particularly in the procurement environment
  • Responsibility for defined technical standards in the field of structural assembly technologies
  • Conducting technology analyses, including tools, measurement technology, and process definition
  • Use and further development of industrial technologies such as drilling, fastening, tool design, etc.
  • Support in the introduction of new technologies through networks and training measures

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering or aerospace engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering as well as experience in interface management, design, and process improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of project management
  • Experience with measurement and reference systems as well as with the development and testing of industrial technologies (e.g., design of experiments, test analyses) desirable
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and ideally experience with 3DExperience
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (at least every two months)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) is mandatory
