We are currently looking for a committed Technical Project Manager Supply Chain Aviation for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this role, you will be responsible for the industrialization of new parts within procurement – from supplier coordination to implementation of complex configuration changes. Tasks

• Responsibility for the industrialization of new parts at suppliers in coordination with internal and external partners
• Management of purchasing sub-projects for new configuration batches, development steps and program changes
• Definition, setup and management of project teams in a matrix structure across all phases
• Risk management and opportunity assessment to secure project goals
• Monitoring of time, cost and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the placement and tracking of new parts with different suppliers

Qualifications

• Completed studies in aerospace, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Many years of professional experience in purchasing, manufacturing engineering and project management
• First experience in aerospace and project management
• Basic knowledge of configuration change management is an advantage
• In-depth application knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and Google Workspace required
• Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
• Strong IT affinity is required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
