We are looking for a dynamic Technical Shopfloor Support for the Quick Response & Ref. Shop Electrics department for our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. If you enjoy working closely with production, solving technical problems pragmatically, and identifying potential for improvement, then this is the right place for you. Tasks
- Technical support on the shop floor for problems such as missing parts, non-conformities, DQNs or tool requirements
- Processing work orders for non-standard work
- Escalating recurring problems and requesting additional support as needed
- Integrating relevant functions such as work prep, PPE, maintenance, MAP, and OSW into continuous improvement processes
- Support in capacity management, including planning for capacity fluctuations and skills development
Qualifications
- Completed training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems, aircraft mechanic or comparable with further training as a technician, specialist or master craftsman
- Alternatively: Completed degree in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, aerospace or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, electrical engineering, aircraft construction and aerospace, as well as basic knowledge of process management
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and experience with Google Workspace
- Initial experience with Taksy / Gesy / Tesy and ZAMIZ
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Experience with ATA 921/928/929 desirable
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
