Tasks
- Assembly of military-grade special cables for power supply, high-frequency transmission, and fiber optics according to specific technical documentation
- Creation of electrical and mechanical connections by crimping, soldering, or mechanical securing in compliance with IPC-A-620 standards
- Manufacturing of fiber optic connections
- Inspection of assembled cables in accordance with defined quality standards
- Documentation of all production and inspection steps
- Collaboration within the team to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g. as an electronics technician, mechanic, or similar
- Professional experience in cable assembly and basic knowledge of electrical engineering are mandatory
- Very confident handling of MS Office applications
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a high level of sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
