For our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, we are looking for an experienced Technician Integration & Maintenance at the Immenstaad site. Tasks

  • Integration and final inspection of target drones
  • Assembly of standard mechanical and electronic modules
  • Maintenance and repair of drone systems
  • Soldering and crimping of payload components in accordance with ECSS standards
  • Execution of acceptance tests for assemblies and complete systems
  • On-site setup and commissioning of ground support equipment
  • On-site integration of drone systems in the operational environment
  • Support during test campaigns within the assigned area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or mechanic
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, mechanics and mechatronics in the aerospace industry
  • Ideally, knowledge in manned / unmanned aircraft construction and experience with soldering and crimping according to ECSS standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not sufficient) is strictly required
