Tasks

  • Ensuring product quality through technical inspections during aircraft production
  • Release of components for the production process including construction deviation management
  • Processing of non-conformities, including deadline tracking, closure and fault rectification
  • Technical instructions and supervision of authorised inspection personnel in quality assurance
  • Training and induction of new authorised inspectors and acceptance of work samples
  • Analysing and visualising quality problems with Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
  • Carrying out trouble shooting for quick and sustainable troubleshooting
  • Close cooperation with production and engineering to ensure quality standards

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of lean management
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP required and knowledge of Google Workspace desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1 level) and advanced English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Valid unrestricted work permit for the European Union is required
