Tasks
- Timely provision of materials using Just-in-Time or Just-in-Sequence (Kitting) principles
- Deviation management: documentation and initiation of corrective actions for material defects or discrepancies
- Creation of shipping documents and transport orders, including coordination with external logistics service providers
- Processing returns of defective, excess or repairable materials with complete documentation
- Management of the quarantine zone (blocked stock) for non-conforming components
- Inventory tracking and reordering of standard consumables (e.g. bulk goods)
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in logistics (e.g., as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in production or logistics, ideally in materials control or inventory management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
- Forklift license desirable
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
