We are currently looking for a committed Warehouse Logistics Specialist Prototype Construction on behalf of our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland at their site in Donauwörth. Tasks

  • Timely provision of materials using Just-in-Time or Just-in-Sequence (Kitting) principles
  • Deviation management: documentation and initiation of corrective actions for material defects or discrepancies
  • Creation of shipping documents and transport orders, including coordination with external logistics service providers
  • Processing returns of defective, excess or repairable materials with complete documentation
  • Management of the quarantine zone (blocked stock) for non-conforming components
  • Inventory tracking and reordering of standard consumables (e.g. bulk goods)
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in logistics (e.g., as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in production or logistics, ideally in materials control or inventory management
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as basic knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
  • Forklift license desirable
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
