Tasks

  • Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes with the service provider to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Ensuring and optimizing existing warehouse processes, including supporting IT systems
  • Analyzing process deviations and developing concrete improvement measures
  • Acting as the first point of contact for logistical disruptions and bottlenecks
  • Supporting material relocation projects and preparing meaningful reports
  • Proactively proposing improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Economics or alternatively completed vocational training in the logistics sector with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of warehouse logistics, disposition / material procurement, purchasing, customer service, supply chain / logistics and project management
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and confident handling of other IT systems desirable
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with §7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
