Direct Placement at ARTS
You become part of the ARTS team and work on diverse projects within our own organisation, including roles in aviation production, maintenance, engineering, and administration. This is ideal if you want to grow within the ARTS Group and contribute directly to our service portfolio.
Employee Leasing
You’re employed by ARTS and assigned to work at a client’s location. This gives you access to well-known companies while staying part of the ARTS Group structure. We remain in close contact to ensure you feel supported and that your role aligns with your long-term goals.
Freelancer Contracting
For professionals who prefer project-based work and independent contracting. ARTS Group connects you with relevant projects worldwide, giving you the freedom to work flexibly while still collaborating with an experienced partner who understands aviation and engineering requirements.

In this model, we support your application process and help you transition directly into a permanent role with one of our clients. It’s especially useful if you're looking to make a targeted career shift but don’t have the time to manage the job search yourself.
Mobile Aircraft Maintenance Crew (MAMC)
MAMC positions are available for freelancers or as a permanent employment with the ARTS Group. You work on-site at various international locations, supporting clients with Line, Base, and Heavy Maintenance, aircraft modifications, or AOG recovery.
