Responsibilities
- AIT Harness Tasks in space projects: process and implement
- Integration and Test Plans as well as procedures and reports for cable harnesses: work through independently
- Test Execution with available measuring equipment: plan and carry out according to given plans
- Harness Integration and check-out in satellite assemblies and structures: perform according to customer-specific requirements
- International Cooperation with other Airbus sites and European subcontractors: maintain
- Test Campaigns domestically and abroad: actively support and accompany
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Technician / Technical Manager in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or with a focus on Space Electronics
- Several years of experience in harness manufacturing, the use of processing tools, and production control
- Technical understanding of mechanisms and system elements of satellites and space probes required
- Experience in measurement technology (mechanical / electrical) as well as knowledge in the acquisition and presentation of measurement data with application software
- Proficient use of MS Office (detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and high quality awareness
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and willingness to work independently
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
