Responsibilities
- NC Control: Safe operation of CNC systems, starting and monitoring machining processes
- Process Optimization: Performing process-oriented testing and adjustment work as well as monitoring relevant parameters
- Fault Management: Independent troubleshooting of minor faults and initiating required repair measures according to TPM guidelines
- Machine Setup: Preparatory work such as setting up the machine and preparing clamping tools
- Tool Management: Assembling and calibrating tools as well as positioning and providing components
- Component Handling: Preparing, aligning, and dismantling components and materials
- Documentation: Maintaining the IT system and fully documenting all work steps
- Information Exchange: Communication with upstream and downstream work areas for process optimization
Qualifications
- Vocational training as Turner, Miller, Precision Mechanic, Toolmaker, or Machining Mechanic, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and quality management
- Experience in Siemens Sinumerik control systems
- Initial application knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills English (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Quality awareness, teamwork, independent working style, and willingness to learn
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
