Tasks
- Soldering of electronic components in SMD (Surface Mount Device) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) under a microscope
- Placement of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to drawings and bill of materials
- Manual soldering to J-STD-001 standard and visual inspection according to IPC-A-610
- Preparation and processing of components in accordance with applicable specifications
- Assembly and reworking of electrical subassemblies
- Execution of automated optical inspection (AOI); rework if necessary
- Modifying and adjusting assemblies as required
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician or in a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in PCB assembly and subassembly installation
- Confident handling of technical drawings and bills of materials
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient)
