Responsibilities
- Process optimization and further development of production workflows through continuous improvement
- Develop manufacturing concepts and implement cost reduction measures
- Budget and resource planning as well as support for capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning
- Create work plans for individual parts and assemblies in compliance with REACH requirements
- Analyze manufacturing problems and develop solutions for resolution
- Provide project consultation on technical and design-related questions
- Actively support and accompany ReFill and ramp-up projects
- Introduce and further develop automation technologies
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, machine fitter, mechatronics technician, toolmaker, or in a metalworking trade with at least a technician or business administrator qualification
- Alternatively, a completed degree in aircraft construction, aerospace, or mechatronics with at least a technician or business administrator qualification
- Several years of professional experience in design, manufacturing engineering, and production planning and control
- Initial experience with jigs & tools, measurement technology, and project management
- Proficient use of SAP and in-depth application knowledge of Catia V5
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
