Responsibilities


  • Shop floor support in solving problems within maintenance and overhaul processes
  • Work planning and creation of neutral work plans for MRO activities
  • Process optimisation by supporting multifunctional teams in problem-solving and improvement processes
  • Communication and direct coordination with the production team through regular feedback loops
  • First installations preparation and supervision with the required feedback loops
  • Documentation and updating of technical instructions according to contractual requirements
  • Expertise provision for the continuous improvement of the maintenance and overhaul area


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in work planning and knowledge in the field of mechanical aircraft components and structure
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Very good German skills and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Teamwork skills, resilience and independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
