Responsibilities
- Interface management between production departments and the works council within the framework of bonus remuneration
- Process optimization by defining technical and organizational measures for redesigning and improving work systems (IE efficiency projects)
- Training of work planners in MTM-UAS, TiCon, and relevant process modules
- Project coordination with external service providers, including specification creation, technical supervision, and representation of measures to the works council
- Develop time management fundamentals, such as planned times and process modules for all manufacturing and assembly procedures at the site
- Conduct data analysis and workflow studies, perform time recordings for data maintenance, and create target-actual comparisons
- Process design and optimization of workplaces, workflows, ergonomics, and material flow
- Check data integrity and timeliness of process modules and calculations, and handle TiCon administration
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, a technical subject, or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of experience in work preparation
- Several years of experience in manufacturing/production and process improvement
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of TiCon and SAP advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- MTM training (MTM1 / UAS) mandatory; MTM practitioner desirable
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management
- Teamwork skills, results orientation, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
