As a Work Planner / Manufacturing Engineer Aviation in the Airplane Doors division at Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will play an active role in the industrial implementation of innovative aircraft doors – from data management to process automation. Tasks
- Coordination of data management for drawings, parts lists, and configurations in the area of airplane doors
- Communication with Airbus Commercial and related departments
- Research of information such as drawings, tools, documentation, or order templates
- Support in the introduction of AI-based IT tools (e.g., Google Gemini)
- Participation in the industrialization of new products and processes, including single-aisle passenger doors
- Creation and application of scripts and macros for process automation
- Analysis of technical problems based on quality notes, drawings, production orders, and process specifications
- Creation of work plans and parts lists in accordance with design specifications in SAP
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, electronics technician for aeronautical systems, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive electronics technician for aeronautical systems, industrial mechanic, or comparable industrial-technical training, each with further training as a technician or specialist
- Many years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, electrical engineering/electronics, project management, production planning and control, supply chain management, technical documentation
- Confident use of SAP and sound knowledge of MS Office
- German language skills (at least C1), English language skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
