At Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will work as a Production Planner / Production Controller to manage the manufacturing processes for the wing and flap assembly of the A330 & A350. In a global team, you ensure a smooth material flow from the warehouse to production, managing disruptions, capacities, and schedules directly on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing process control for wing and flap assembly of the A330 & A350
- Disruption management in production and continuous improvement regarding missing parts and bottlenecks
- Manufacturing order management (FAUFs) and proactive management of potential missing parts
- Capacity management to anticipate fluctuations and ensure stable demand
- Escalation management for recurring issues and requesting support from specialist teams
- Shop floor coordination as part of the Resolver Group for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) disruptions
- Material flow control from warehouse to production area
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning/control, and manufacturing engineering
- Experience as a Production Activity Controller / Production Scheduler (previously Shop Floor Supporter) is expressly desired
- Proficient use of SAP, especially for the tasks of a Production Activity Controller and Production Scheduler
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early and late shift)
- Structured and results-oriented approach, teamwork skills, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
