Responsibilities


  • Work planning for the machining of milled components
  • Manufacturing process planning according to capacity and economic aspects while complying with regulations and guidelines
  • Material and resource planning by determining material cuts, planned times, and manufacturing resources
  • External manufacturing management through the creation and coordination of external production orders
  • Process optimization through cost-benefit analyses and development of measures to increase manufacturing efficiency
  • Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) through evaluation, calculation, and implementation of improvement suggestions
  • Project support in production and manufacturing environments as well as handling of special tasks
  • Process analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing workflows regarding costs, quality, and lead times


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's or Master's/Diploma)
  • Many years of professional experience in work preparation as well as in manufacturing or production
  • Several years of experience in the areas of manufacturing planning/control, production planning and control, and project management in aircraft construction
  • Proficient handling of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
