For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Order & Project Manager Spares/Repairs at the Ulm site. In the Services Order Management area, you take responsibility for the spare parts and repair management of high-value equipment and systems – with a clear focus on cost, schedule, and quality.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,553 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Repair orders in the plant as a member of the in-service support project team
- Customer communication as the central point of contact for the entire order processing
- Project controlling by monitoring cost, schedule, and quality for repair orders
- Procurement of orders to internal and external parties
- Quotation preparation and development of cost estimates for customers
- Documentation of customer-specific test and acceptance certificates
- Logistics by preparing shipping documents and controlling delivery to the customer
- Reporting to product management and project management on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering (at least Bachelor's) or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's) OR comparable qualification as a state-certified technician or business administrator with professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in a technical or commercial environment, ideally in service or project management
- Experience in quotation preparation and offer management
- Very good knowledge of SAP modules SD, CS and MM; detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- High communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
