At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Production Engineer / Process Engineer at Airbus, optimizing production processes in the final assembly and flight testing of the H135 and H145 helicopter models. As a central interface between manufacturing and support areas, you will identify potential, introduce digital work processes, and ensure a sustainable, results-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Independent management of optimization projects for production processes in helicopter final assembly and flight testing
- Process Optimization: Identification and development of improvement potential for manufacturing processes
- Root Cause Analysis: Leading analyses in case of deviations from plan and developing corrective actions considering cost and quality aspects
- Digitalization: Introduction of digital work processes in close cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering
- Interface Management: Central coordination between manufacturing and support areas as well as the foreman teams
- Production Support: Supporting production management in day-to-day operations and mutual substitution
- KPI Monitoring: Creation of evaluations and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Process Documentation: Recording and documentation of various manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience in project management
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both)
- Organizational talent, structured and process-oriented thinking, and strong teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
