Tasks

  • Responsibility for VIP service as well as support during conferences and events
  • Supervision of the Customer Center and the flight school
  • Commercial office organization and general administrative tasks
  • Coordination of reservations and scheduling
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer offers
  • Planning, organization and execution of events

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as office administrator, hotel management specialist or event management specialist)
  • Several years of professional experience in gastronomy and event services
  • Good knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor, as well as strong team and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
