Tasks
- Responsibility for VIP service as well as support during conferences and events
- Supervision of the Customer Center and the flight school
- Commercial office organization and general administrative tasks
- Coordination of reservations and scheduling
- Preparation and follow-up of customer offers
- Planning, organization and execution of events
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training (e.g. as office administrator, hotel management specialist or event management specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy and event services
- Good knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor, as well as strong team and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
