Responsibilities


  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Define multi-year financial targets, create accurate forecasts and prepare financial planning
  • Financial Modelling & Business Cases: Develop models, simulations and scenarios to support business decisions
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Evaluate performance deviations, analyse cost bases and identify optimisation potential
  • Cost Accounting & Hourly Rate Calculation: Calculate hourly rates, support resource reviews and create cost redistribution models
  • Compliance & Process Enforcement: Define and document financing processes and ensure their strict adherence
  • Financing Toolbox & Training: Provide reference values and sharpen financial awareness within the company
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Anticipate financial risks and advise on mitigation strategies


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling
  • Many years of professional experience in controlling and finance (over 4 years)
  • Solid experience in cost centre accounting and hourly rate calculation
  • Proficient handling of SAP-FI/CO and Google Suite; detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office
  • Proficient German skills; business fluent English skills (at least C1); Spanish skills advantageous
  • Teamwork skills, meticulous and responsible working style as well as goal orientation and assertiveness in an international environment
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
